ONE STEP CLOSER TO BEING ECO-FRIENDLY

We started the day by going to the homestead Di Vaira. This is a biodynamic farm with a succesful story: they managed to develop their buisness from 5ha to 500ha. It’s one of the biggest farms in Europe. We had an opportunity to try their homemade pasta with chickpeas. And also different types of cheese. After the tasty lunch we headed to school where we had a meeting with representative of Chamber of Commerce of Compobasso. We were taught how to succsesfully find a job in Italy. Some of us got inspired to plan their future in Italy. In the evening we tasted typical Italian meal “Arrosticini” which is made of lamb. This day has ended with a lot of great emotions and an important lesson: “choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life”.
